When laundering we are not responsible for any item(s) as wash and fold is processed by weight and not by garment count, as such each item is not fully inspected, therefore we are not be responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage.
We are not resposible for articles not claimed.
Unclaimed garments will be handled in accordance with state regulations.
Garments not picked up or if unable to complete a delivery due to no fault of Boca Laundry will be held for 30 days, a storage fee WON’T apply. Any garment not picked up or undeliverable for 6 months will be donated to charity.
Boca Laundry exercises utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement, damage or loss of items. However, if there’s an instance where an item gets misplaced, damaged or lost differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery. Boca Laundry’s liability with respect to any misplaced, damaged or lost article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing that item.
