We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.
Garments not picked up or if unable to complete a delivery due to no fault of Boca Laundry will be held for at least 30 days, a storage fee WON’T apply. Any garment not picked up or undeliverable for 6 months may be donated to charity.
Boca Laundry exercises utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement, damage or loss of items. However, if there’s an instance where an item gets misplaced, damaged or lost differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery. Boca Laundry’s liability with respect to any misplaced, damaged or lost article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing that item.
